These banana nut muffins are delicious and easy to make. Chances are you’ll already have all these ingredients on hand and it doesn’t take much time to mix these muffins up. I think these would be a perfect Christmas morning treat…mix them up, get them in the oven, and the entire house will be filled with wonderful aromas wafting from the kitchen.
If you don’t have walnuts or can’t find them on sale, you can use whatever nut you want, or leave them out. This recipe makes a dozen muffins but I suggest you go ahead and make two batches, because they are going to be eaten as quickly as they cool!
