I recently had a friend suggest we do a weekly “advice” column on our site…whether it be advice on a hostess gift for a certain occasion, a cleaning question, a clothing question, a diet tip, organizing tips, relationship challenges, or really, just any question a woman might have. Well, I told my husband that I didn’t feel “qualified” to give my opinion on all questions that might come up, (he did look at me like, since when do you NOT feel like giving an opinion). But then I remembered when Megan Schwartz wrote in at the end of the school year asking advice about a “teacher’s gift” and I asked for input from our readers and we had a lot of good suggestions come in…and she used one.
So, here’s my thinking: send in a comment or question about what’s on your mind, and I’ll pick one a week and we’ll get other women’s input and advice and suggestions.
I always figure the more you ask and get input, the more likely you’ll find someone else who’s had the same question/concern and can offer a great tip or advice on what worked for them!
And if you don’t have a question but you have a money-saving idea you think others would benefit from, let us know and I’ll share that.
