Ok, first of all, I can’t imagine spending $35 on a tube of lipstick unless it comes with my own personal makeup artist! But of course everyone’s idea of a “budget” is different. I like these 16 summer lip colors, which can give you a “finished” look, while wearing little or no makeup during the summer and there’s something for everyone with choices starting at $5.00. I happen to be a huge fan of the Rimmel Stay Glossy (that I found at Wal-Mart for $3.97) and the CoverGirl Jumbo Gloss (obviously I favor the lower-priced options but hey, they work.)
