Flu activity has been increasing nationally and 25 states have reported widespread levels of activity. There have also been numerous deaths attributed to the flu. And it’s not over. Flu season can last through February. If you’re open to flu shots, it’s not too late to still get one. Regardless of how you feel about vaccines, (which I’m not going into because you’re either for them or against them,) here’s some great information from the Center for Disease Control on basic flu facts and symptoms, prevention and treatment tips, and what they are expecting to see for the remainder of the flu season…good information.
