How To Color Your Hair Like A Pro…For Less Than $15

Getting your hair colored at the salon can be a huge expense, with prices typically anywhere from $75 to $150 (or more!) These hair color tips from colorist Rick Wellman of the Patrick Melville Salon & Spa in New York City are some of the best I’ve read (and will try when I need my next touch-up.) I especially like the tips on how to cover gray roots, which would save me time and money if I didn’t have to go to the salon as often….and prevent my hair from looking fake when I do color it. This great article came from O The Oprah Magazine (March 2013).

If you have some at home hair color tips or favorite box kits that works for you, we’d love to hear.
