My favorite new way to make the house smell better without using chemicals is her tip on simmering citrus peels in a pot of water! I’ve used cinnamon sticks and cloves in the past but the citrus really works, doesn’t cost a dime if you normally have citrus in the house and it smells so good, more of a summer scent than the cinnamon I normally use.
