I found and made this delicious hearty Irish Beef Stew last year for the first time and it’s oh so good! I actually experimented with this before we started making our videos and had friends over to taste-test for me….everyone agreed it’s a “keeper”.
You can brown the beef and prep the vegetables the night before and in the morning, toss everything in the crock pot. Depending on cooking temperatures, this will be ready 6 to 8 hours later. The pricing was done last year and came in at approximately $6 for the entire meal, but with grocery prices always seeming to go up, the price could vary some. Soda bread or any loaf of crusty bread goes nicely with this and gives you something to soak up all the juiced with.
