SPICY AIR FRYER CHICKPEAS (GARBANZO BEANS)

Ingredients:
1 15-oz can chickpeas (garbanzo beans) rinsed and drained
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons chili powder
1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
Finely grated lime zest for serving, optional but adds a bit of brightness
DIRECTIONS:
Dry chickpeas very well, blotting with paper towel.
In a medium bowl, toss chickpeas, olive oil, chili powder and salt.
Place chickpeas in air fryer basket and cook at 370 degrees for about 10 to 12 minutes, until crispy and golden brown. If you prefer extra crispy, cook another minute or two.
Sprinkle with lime zest if using and serve warm or at room-temperature.
