Eligibility: The Contest is open to legal residents of the U.S. or Canada who live in the Pikes Peak Region and surrounding areas. Discover Goodwill employees are not eligible.
Prize Deadlines: All contests will conclude on the date posted. Two winners will be selected October 31, 2012.
Prizes: Top prize winner will receive a $100 gift certificate and “Readers Choice” will receive a $50 gift certificate redeemable at any of Discover Goodwill’s retail centers throughout southern and western Colorado.
Winner Selection and Notification: The odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received. Individuals may enter twice with one costume per entry. Any attempted third entry shall be discarded, and the entrant may be disqualified. The contest will be conducted under the supervision of 719woman.com. Discover Goodwill and 719woman.com reserves the right to reject any entries deemed inappropriate. The decisions of 719woman.com are final and binding in all matters relating to this contest. Winners will be notified by e-mail. If a winner cannot be reached after a reasonable effort has been made within five (5) business days of the first attempt, or if an entrant is found to be ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
General Conditions: This contest is void where and to the extent prohibited by law and is subject to all applicable laws, including, without limitation, federal, state, and local laws and regulations. In the event of non-compliance by any winner with the official rules of this giveaway, an alternate winner may be selected. Prizes are non-transferable. Return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable will result in a disqualification of the winner and an alternate winner may be selected. All prizes will be awarded. Except where legally prohibited, acceptance of any prize constitutes permission for Goodwill to use each winner’s name, photograph, and testimonial on its Facebook wall whether now known or hereafter developed without further compensation to the winner.
