“Glowing” At Goodwill….Pregnant Aimee and Her “Finds”

First of all, let me just say that these thrift store trips are one of my favorite parts of this website. Love meeting all the beautiful and friendly women in our area who I’ve been fortunate to shop with….whether if it’s an old pro or a newcomer to thrift store shopping. Aimee is our newest model. Now first of all, don’t hate Aimee when you see how cute she is! Seriously! And what a lovely person on the inside. AND she has six children (that she herself had) and she’s pregnant with her…SEVENTH! And she looks like she’s about ten years younger than she is….with six children, ranging in ages from six to thirteen. And she was just so darn nice!

Anyway, Aimee’s an old pro at shopping at Goodwill and buys for her entire family there. She even found me two pairs of jeans while we were shopping.

Look how great this outfit is….cute, comfortable looking and the colors look fabulous on Aimee….or maybe it’s the “glow”? The black pants fit her perfectly and cost $3.99 and then she paired a $1.99 black Merona tank with this bold Catch My I blue, black and white top, which cost $3.99. Total cost of the outfit …..$9.97!

Aimee slipped this vibrant Style & Co. shirt on and it went great with the black pants she had on. Again, she looks stylish but very comfortable. The top was a whopping $2.99 and looks brand new.

I swear, Aimee looks like she could be on the cover of a national maternity magazine. Love the striped Motherhood top with her jeans. Everything fits, is comfortable and shows off that cute baby bump. No one would look at her and think, “thrift store”! The top was $2.99 (for Motherhood!) and she already owned the jeans that she bought on a previous Goodwill trip for $3.99…$6.98 for this outfit.

Aimee has a good pair of jeans that fit her and the black ones we found on this trip and by just adding some inexpensive tops, she changes up her looks. This black Weavers top ($2.99) paired with her jeans…  she could be going anywhere from the grocery store to a club….where she would of course drink water!

And for a more dressy look when needed…..

The dress is a Bellina Maternity which cost $3.99 and Aimee found these shoes that looked like they hadn’t been worn for $3.99. Total cost of this fabulous outfit $7.98. She looks beautiful!

And as of today, Aimee’s three months along! And she’s agreed to pose for us in her second and third trimester….because she’s going to need “new” clothes as she grows!

And again, I would dare anyone to know she had on Goodwill clothes unless we had told you. Everything looks current and stylish, the colors aren’t faded, and everything was in excellent shape….beautiful.
