A typical mimosa mix is pretty simple to make, using 50% juice and 50% sparkling wine. And you can use whatever juice you like, including orange, peach, mango, cranberry, pineapple, etc. But if you don’t want to go to the bother of mixing one up yourself, Costco has a pre-mixed version that is quite delightful.

The Kirkland Mimosa is a collaboration between Costco and Julio Cabrera, a well-known mixologist and restaurateur, who was also inducted into the Bartender Hall of Fame in 2025.
Made with blonde oranges and Glera grapes, both sourced from Sicily, this pre-mixed mimosa is a bubbly blend of deliciousness. It’s crisp with a subtle orange flavor that isn’t overly sweet or tart. And it’s vegan friendly and gluten-free.
The Kirkland Mimosa comes in a 750 ml gorgeous glass wine bottle for $7.99, in Colorado Springs. The label says it contains three, 8-0z servings which would come to about $2.66 per serving. But a typical serving size is 4 to 6 ounces. So, if you pour a 6-ounce serving, it will serve 4 for approximately $2.00 per glass.
If you want to make your own, here’s an old post of mine which gives some great ideas on mimosa making, including how to set up a mimosa bar.
